Athletes Resource's own Rob Cowie has just been appointed Toronto Maple Leaf's West Coast Pro Scout! Rob will continue to be based in Phoenix. "I am incredibly excited to join the Toronto Maple Leafs," said Rob. "I also have a huge debt of gratitude to the New York Islanders for allowing me to follow this opportunity." All of us at Athletes Resource wish him the best of luck in the next step in his career.

Players from all over the US, Canada and beyond converge on the Ice Den in Scottsdale for what promises to be several weeks of intense and demanding conditioning.

The 2nd Annual Athletes Resource Phoenix Invitational Prospects Tournament will be postponed for this coming year. The current economic environment is a difficult one as we all are fully aware. To do as good and better job than we did last year, there are a few players, coaches and scouts who may not be able to make the financial commitment to the tourney at this time. Our objective is to provide the highest quality tournament including, service, elite level athletes and elite level exposure.

If all 3 of these are not met then we feel it is not appropriate to run the event this coming year.
